Approvals, planning and ESG
We understand complex legislative requirements around environmental and social impacts and regulatory constraints, and break them down so you understand them too. We've worked on rehabilitation plans, EES projects and work plans. Our advice is rigorous, tried and tested, and practical. None of our clients' projects are the same, and nor are our strategies.
Rehabilitation
We develop rehabilitation and closure plans for projects including exploration, mining and quarries. We integrate progressive mine closure in all project phases and work with social, geotechnical and environmental experts to deliver positive environmental and social outcomes. We're experienced in bond estimation and are passionate about returning land in sustainable and non-polluting forms.
Communications and engagement
We know the power of great messaging and engagement, and believe including local voices at all stages of a project's life cycle is critical to ensuring project success. Our communications and engagement plans are hands-on, practical and tailored to reflect the conversations that need to be had locally and the relationships that need to be nurtured.
